Orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays are confirmed and processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery is normally 5–8 business days after shipment.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs, holidays, address problems, or events outside our reasonable control.
If we are unable to ship within a promised shipment period, we will notify the customer and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

7. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Customers are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, letters, measurements, colors, photographs, and other personalization information before submitting an order.
Pet Hoda is not responsible for an error caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Personalized products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
This does not limit remedies when a personalized product is damaged, defective, materially different from the order, or incorrectly produced due to our error.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review that policy.
9. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for delay, loss, or failed delivery caused by:

Pet products are not indestructible. Stop using a product immediately if it becomes damaged, broken, loose, or unsafe.
Keep small parts, packaging, cords, blades, grooming tools, and accessories away from children and unattended pets.
Pet Hoda products are not substitutes for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, professional grooming, or professional safety advice.
11. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
When you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, or other content, you confirm that:
• You own or have permission to use the content
• The content is truthful
• The content does not violate another person’s rights
• The content is not unlawful, threatening, deceptive, or abusive
You grant Pet Hoda a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, edit, and use submitted content for website, customer service, and promotional purposes.
We may remove content that violates these terms.
